Human Services: - Queens Associate Counselor - Brooklyn and Manhattan Case Manager - Brooklyn and Manhattan Responsibilities include providing individual and group counseling for those families ready for discharge to permanent housing. Develop and monitor service plans for indiviual residents and their families. Requires Bachelor's Degree and at least one year experience in Social Services. Certified Nurse's Assistant - Queens New York State certified nurse's assistant required for facility serving the developmentally disabled. Preferably one year experience and AMAP certified. Direct Care Counselor - Queens Assists consumers with bathing, feeding, grooming and other daily living skills. Requires high school diploma or its equivalent plus experience working with developmentally disabled adults. AMAP & SCIP a plus. Valid Driver's license necessary. On call position Security Monitor - Brooklyn Provides security services to maintain safe environment for residents and staff. Requires high school diploma or its equivalent and previous security experience. Must have current NYS security license. Supervisor of Children's Services - Brooklyn and Manhattan Supervises child care unit of domestic violence residence. Must have Masters Degree and experience providing services to children with special needs. Supervisory experience is necessary. LCSW and LMSW Required.
